PROFOR's Advisory Board is chaired by the World Bank, and is comprised of representatives of PROFOR's donor organizations. In addition, two non-donor representatives (from other forest-related processes, the private sector, developing countries, NGOs) participate in the work of the Advisory Board as observers. These positions are currently held by a representative from the African Forestry Forum and from the Christensen Fund. The Advisory Board operates on the basis of consensus.
